This program is designed to be an educational tool. Very easy to use, and containing a wealth of information, the progam simply requires the user to click on the name of a President (or scroll using the keyboard's arrow keys). The program will then select that President's portrait and some general information of that President's life and administration. I originally programmed this in Visual Basic 6.0, and have since updated it, first to the original VB.Net, and more recently to VB 2008. Accurate up to the early Obama Administration.
